We’re thrilled you have decided to use Curtisliquors.com for all your alcoholic purchases. Please take a minute to read our shipping policy.

Alcoholic beverages purchased from Curtis Liquor Stores by means of phone, fax or online is referred to as an offsite purchase. Merchants in Massachusetts are allowed to ship from wineries, retail shops and online sites to a customer’s home or business in certain states. M.G.L Ch. 138 &15.

Due to State of Massachusetts regulations, we are sorry to inform you that Curtis Liquors is currently not allowed to ship alcohol outside of Massachusetts.
Shipping restrictions apply to beer, wine, and liquor items. 


State law requires that you be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol products. When you place an order with us, you have represented to Curtis Liquors that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom we are shipping is also at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse to sell and or ship to anyone we deem in violation of this law.

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Delivery Process
We provide 3 delivery options:

Pick up: A customer can pick up their purchase at either store location. Your purchase will be will ready for pickup upon receiving your order confirmation email.

FedEx Ground: FedEx ground is available for shipments of wine, cigars, wine gift baskets and gift cards. FedEx will not ship liquor and beer.

Curtis Local Delivery: We will deliver to the following towns: Weymouth, Cohasset, Hingham, Braintree, Holbrook, Rockland, Abington, Scituate, Hull and Norwell.

Local delivery will occur each Wednesday between noon and 5:00 pm. We do not deliver on holidays (or Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve). In inclement weather, we will not deliver. Delivery will occur on the next available business day.

$25 Delivery Fee within specific towns

Gift cards (only) will be mailed free of charge.

Order processing and credit card charges
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any items which may be unavailable or out of stock. When your order is complete and ready for shipment, we will charge your credit card. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Curtis Liquors is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy
No Returns. Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on this web site. Please select your purchases carefully. Curtis Liquors is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so we are happy to look at your concerns if there is a problem with your order. We do not guarantee that we will offer replacement product or refund.
